The Time Bank continues to grow slowly but steadily – we now have 20 members (including some in Rushall) – and the range of exchanges and activities is expanding too.
The Tea Party on 28 June was a quiet affair. Some members had sent apologies – unfortunately, there’s never a time that suits everyone. We'll arrange another get-together soon. However, those who came ate a lot of cake and scones (thank you, Isabel, your time credit is in the bank) and made the most of the opportunity to meet other TB members, and arrange exchanges. Small DIY jobs and ‘interesting”(!) computer problems are now earning credits for members.
TB members are a talented lot! The range of services offered to date includes: cooking, nail art, language tuition or translation (French, Spanish and German), furniture restoration, facepainting, sewing, computer skills, and bookbinding – as well as all the “good neighbourly” services one would expect.

These cushion covers were sewn by a member, who will spend the credits on a DIY job sometime very soon.
Members should be able to earn time credits for participating in another litter-pick around Pewsey, in partnership with the Parish Council sometime over the next couple of months – watch this space.
